On to the Big 2026!

As promised, we have lots of new content coming at you over the next few weeks – starting with my favorite songs of 2025. This is my first time putting together a playlist like this, and people kept asking me if I was going to rank each song. The answer to that is: HECK NO! I love all these songs equally.

How’d this playlist come together? It started with me adding every song from my library that was released in 2025, along with songs from my Apple Music recap. While doin that, I also checked out lists from music publications like Rolling Stone and Pitchfork to make sure I didn’t miss anything. The first draft of this playlist ended up being arond 300 songs, so unfortunately, some hard decisions had to be made. By the end, the playlist had to be trimmed down to just 100 songs.

The goal was to make a well-rounded playlist for everyone, featuring artists from all over the world and covering as much genres as possible. High-key, I did snub country music – so sorry to all my country fans. There’s a mix of well-know hitters and coming-of-age artists, along with hidden gems and viral tracks that may have taken over TikTok trends throughout the year. It really has it all.

Usually, I’d list the songs below, but it’s 100 tracks – and I simply don’t have time like that. Instead, I’ll just share the playlist links. Hope you enjoy.
